Entrepreneurial Growth      

As a business grows, so should the skills, knowledge and understanding of the leadership team. The leadership skills required to scale-up are somewhat different to those required when the business started out.  The very nature and drive of the entrepreneur/s is what made it a great business in the first place.  If the ambition is to scale-up and become larger and/or increase revenues, it is important for the entrepreneur/s to learn to delegate responsibility for the day to day running of the business, so that they can continue to do what they do best or as is often the case, the entrepreneur/s end up holding it back.

However, our collective experience has shown that what may seem obvious and simple is often not so clear-cut, especially for those who have invested their entire being into bringing the business to a stage where such transformations become imperative.

With extensive expertise, Chris has provided guidance and assistance to leaders and managers across various industries and organisational levels, ranging from apprentices to senior executives. These industries encompass diverse sectors such as healthcare (NHS), armed forces, education, science, retail, administration, banking, insurance, and many others.

Chris's approach to facilitating learning involves both individual and group settings. Through personalised coaching, Chris empowers learners to enhance their people management abilities and effectively implement their newfound skills within their respective workplaces. As part of their comprehensive development program, many learners under Chris's guidance have successfully pursued and completed qualifications relevant to their field.
